Nail tech was terrible and cut the skin underneath my nail, the shape was wrong, and so was the color. After picking another color the nail tech was talking behind my back about how I had wanted to change it. Very unprofessional! Not saying all the techs here are bad but this one does not need to do nails anymore.

Such a wonderful nail salon! My nail tech did such a wonderful job! He was so careful and precise. He even lined up my nails numerous times to make sure they were the same length and shape. And he was so sweet and had a great personality This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Very clean and all of the techs wear masks.

I've been coming to luxury nail bar for years. Recently I've been feeling invisible everytime I go. When I make appointments they act like it's not in the books and I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. There have been countless times where they've served other patrons before even when I came in first. I'm starting to think it's a race issue because I'm a Black woman and the patrons they're serving at White.

The whole experience was off. I told them what I wanted and they kept asking me if I wanted something that I already told them that I didn’t. I only wanted ONE thing a basic pedicure!! Fast forward… I wasn’t finished getting my pedicure and the lady kept asking me if I wanted to pay like I was going to skip out on the bill. I was still sitting in the chair waiting to be treated like everyone else who I say there and watched them treat like normal paying customers. Made an appointment the day before for 4 family members a meeting 2 days before Christmas. They worked us in the next day all 4 at rue same time!! Amazing people, great quality, clean, kind and beautiful nails! We will be back!!

Although the salon itself is nice, I’m unhappy with the services I’ve received here. This set of gel nails was $78 which I find to be insanely overpriced especially considering how they came out. This is the third time with a different staff member where I have had to go home and redo the nails myself. I don’t think I will be coming back here anymore unfortunately.

I have had a great experience coming here. I had Kimmy my first visit after having a poor quality dip from a salon in green hills. I saw her with horribly chipped nails after 10 days. I am hard on my nails and a. In healthcare so I wash my hands at least 40 times a day. My manicure from Kimmy last 4 weeks!!! My grow out was as expected but my nails were still flawless without any chips or pop offs.. i went back for an appointment specifically with her and I was the best pedicure I have ever had. Her attention to detail is almost OCD but that's what I want in a manicure. Thank you!
