Critical: Quality
I've tried to go here a couple times and unfortunately each time was worse than the last. It's very challenging to find a good nail salon in the area and this is not it. My nails are thick and the polish is uneven. The shape is nonexistent

This place is a 100% hidden gem. It may look small from the outside, but I will never go to any other nail salon than Jillian’s after coming here. The staff is so hardworking, kind, treat their customers like family, and their skill level and professionalism is beyond compare. They’re able to do complex designs flawlessly and are timely and careful with their work. I’ve been going to this salon for months and have never been disappointed in the slightest. Jillian’s is incredibly affordable for nothing short of PROFESSIONAL results.

I got an appointment last minute, I absolutely love my nails!! I love the way he took his time and how spot on he was with how I like them! I definitely will be making this my salon for as long as they'll have me!! I recommend 👌 👏 👍 ☺ all to go here!!

Critical: Professionalism
I was attended but Cindy. I was very disappointed in how my Manicure was done. I just wanted a manicure. No nail polish. She cut my nails too short, filed them unevenly, and cut me in four different places. I had to go home and even out my nails. I will not go back to that salon again.
Service: Manicures

My nails look AMAZING and the man that did my nails was super sweet and made sure i liked the shape. I felt really bad for making him repeat himself so many times though. But I really am in love love with my nails. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because it was a little overpriced.

Kelly is the best manicurist around. Polite, sweet, meticulous and very fast (important to me as im always crunched for time). Her manicures last longer than anyone I go to in Boston and the shop itself is very clean. Wish I could always come here. Plus they do chrome finish as an add on to gel which I can't find anywhere.

So... my nails came out fine I have to say that, BUT I have never felt like I was such a nuisance in my life. From the moment I walked in with my friend, we were rushed around and we had barely had a chance to even look at the colors before they rushed us into our chairs. Once I was actually getting the manicure done I was told to “not move”, let me be clear, I’ve had plenty of manicures done in the past, I do not move around, and I’ve never been told to “NOT MOVE”. Half way through my manicure the gentleman that was doing my nails got up to tell someone else that he would do their
