My name is Lowanna Strickland. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting them on a professional basis. My encounter was on personal basis. Not being from, Charlotte I became lost when my cellphone died in the process of trying to return from dropping one sister at work and returning back to the other sister's house. So, I stopped at Simonini and a staff member was kind enough to print out directions for me. I returned to my sister's house safe and sound. I am so appreciative for the help.
