Roger is a construction veteran with more than 20 years of construction management experience. In that time, he has managed over $150 million worth of projects. Along the way, Roger has overseen the construction of forty NAHB Remodeler's Council Award winning renovation projects. Roger graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with an Architecture Concentration.

Jeff, Roger and the team we’re excellent and professional to work with for our renovation project of our ranch into a 3 story home. From start to finish, Mills Eloge helps to assemble the perfect team and truly invests in the vision of your dream home. As many issues often arise during the building process, ME provided solutions before we even had time to stress over problems. The site of our build maintained impeccably clean throughout the entire process, which was extremely important to us in a family-oriented, higher-end neighborhood.
