I have used this company in the past and I can not say enough good things, A pleasure to work with, he saw things that I did not see staining the carpet after I had painted the bedrooms. He was able to get out the paint from the carpet with out any problem. Did not try and up sell me, professional and smiled the entire time. I would never use anyone else!!

Patrick cleaned my sofas and my area rug yesterday. Before even coming his customer service was great.. with answering my questions and answering quickly. Patrick was awesome he got my white carpet looking 10 times better then it did before. I had previously had stains on the carpet from my cat and spilled wine and food, and he was able to get all of them out. My carpets looks sparkling clean and I am so happy! I will definitely be using his company from now on and I highly recommend it. You can even see the before and after photo of the same area to see the difference- night and day!

I used Patrick of Steam Authority today to clean a tenant's bathroom which needed some major cleaning of the tile walls and tub. For a very reasonable price, he worked for almost 2 hours and did an amazing job. He is very professional, courteous, explains things well and is excellent at answering your calls when you call. Gave me an estimate that was very close to the final price. No surprises. I highly recommended Patrick of Steam Authority.

I was searching for a company to take care of a Persain Rug my mom handed down to me. I was worried about getting an amateur company that would somehow screw up this rug that has been in my family for so long. Patrick came to my house in East Meadow and he did a great job! I tried this company for the first time and I'm glad I did. They cleaned my two microfiber couches and my bathroom tile. They got all the stains out of my couch that I thought were permanent. And my bathroom tile came out like new. Their prices were better than any of the two estimates that I got and they were neat and on time!
