Hi, We don't use party buses since first of year due to regulations. We use only real Limos, that are set up party bus style. The biggest we have is the Escalade which is 18-20 passengers. There is regulation on Party buses which does not allow you to stand up while moving for safety reasons. Also the insurance companies are requiring a Hostess / security guard to be in back with your party.
This is due to most party buses are simply old parking/ Shuttle buses from airport. They were made to shuttle people sitting in school bus style rows. Not benches set up around the bus. Also there is no protection for driver in a bus only a curtain between guest and the driver. We choose to get out of that very challenging part of this business.

My husband hired them to pick up a group of 9 people and take them to a local restaurant and then do a return pick up later. This was a special birthday celebration, planned well in advance. We have an email from SW Limo confirming the date and time. On the event date they sent us the driver's name and phone number. They did not show up at the agreed upon time so we called the driver and he said he was on his way. When he didn't show up another 30 minutes later, we tried calling again but the call was not answered. End result: They never showed up!!! After waiting over an hour

SW limos took amazing care of us!! The owner, Brent was honest and upfront but very nice about our price and expectations. He was responsive and always courteous. I can't say enough good things about him! Once I talked with him, it all just 'felt right'! Our wine tasting day in the Verde Valley was perfect! Our driver, Chris, was on time and treated us like VIPs. The limo was immaculate and well stocked with ice/water. Chris cleaned out the limo in between stops (our messes!) and was so incredibly nice to us! He was a complete gentlemen and overall just awesome! Highly recommend

I worked with Brent the owner, we had a VIP event that we needed shuttle service for. We got everything worked out and he gave a great rate. Our driver was Christopher and he was outstanding, very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again for any needs I have. The limo was very clean and the perfect size for our group. Had a great experience recently with SW Limo. The owner, Brent, set up the accommodations perfectly for our evening. The driver, Christopher was extremely professional. We used them for transportation to/from a concert for a large group of high school aged girls. Their service was safe, fun and professional. Everything a parent setting up an event like ours hopes to receive. I will only use SW Limo and I'd encourage you to confirm them for your needs as well, you'll be very happy with their services.

After no resolution to our problem, and reviewing the belligerent text messages my wife received from the owner of this company, it's clear that this gentleman has no business owning a company. Multiple reviews site the same problem. He is using junk old cars with no functioning air conditioning in a hot desert climate! His lack of accountability and desire to hide behind his sweet blessings and small family business excuses do nothing to hide the fact that he needs to upgrade his equipment or shut the company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...

Tonight I used SW Limo. I hired him for a limo ride to & from the Cardinals game for my husband's 40th birthday. The limo driver contacted us on his way to us because he didn't seem to know his route & upon entering the limo it was extremely hot. I texted Brent who said it was a black limo & it hadn't had a chance to get fully cooled prior to picking us up. As we drove to the game the entire set of air vents around the ceiling had no air coming out of them and the other vents had room temperature air. All of us in the limo were extremely uncomfortable. We rented the Escalade for my daughter and her friends for their promotion. The limo was in great shape and beautiful, inside and out. Lance was our driver. He was so nice, accommodating and professional. Not only was he a great driver, but at one of our stops, he actually took the time to hang out with and play football with the kids!
We wanted this to be a wonderful afternoon for these kids, and SW Limo made it wonderfully unforgettable

Great service, Brent was able to squeeze in a drop off for our daughters Quinceanerra during busy Prom Season. The limo was involved in a fender bender prior to scheduled arrival which caused a short delay. Brent called immediately to notify me and compensated for the delay. Unfortunately, the girls could not use the sunroof, my only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star rating. Would definitely use this company again, family owned and professional driver.

Best driving service in the valley. Family owned, very friendly, prompt replies, excellent pricing, courteous drivers, fantastic cars with all different sizes. Will continue to use and recommend to all families. We have used them for my husbands birthday party and recently for my daughter's 8th birthday. They did a "Holiday Home Christmas Lights Tour" with all her friends. The kids loved it, red carpet and all. Definitely will continue this holiday lights tour each year with our family.

Used these guys for a bachelor party. They dropped us off and picked us up so we didn't have to pay for a four hour minimum like most of the other limo companies. The limo was nice and clean and they were right on time for both drop off and pick up. The price was right as well, they were significantly cheaper than their competition. I don't find myself needing a limo very often but the next time I do I will be calling them again without hesitation.

Excellent service. Excellent pricing. Really, that's all you can ask for. Brent (owner) was super helpful and accommodating in the booking process, walked me through everything step by step. Rich, our driver was courteous and professional and kept in contact with us on both legs of our trip our to Desert Sky. Really pleased with the pricing and the service. Limo was stocked with cups and ice and made everything really easy. Smooth sailing all the way and will gladly use them again!
