We highly recommend Bigelow Limousine Service! Our driver Laurie was the best! She was professional, on time, very nice, and went the extra mile to make our experience perfect. (Make sure to specifically ask for her!) The price was right, the sprinter was great, and Joanna, the owner, was so easy to work with. I used Bigelow Limousine Services for my birthday this year and would absolute choose them again in the future. Everything was perfect! We took a party bus up to the vineyards with multiple pickup locations and multiple stops. The driver, Jeremy, was absolutely outstanding. He was on time and professional and organized and polite and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I tend to stress out about scheduling and timing in these situations, but his excellent communication kept me stress free and allowed me to enjoy my day. Great experience with Brian and Bigelow Limousine for a bachelor party. Arranging everything was extremely smooth and Brian (driver) was communicative and on time. We had multiple destinations and pickup times and it could not have gone any better, even with some last minute timing adjustments.
The vehicle (white Mercedes Sprinter) was spotless, roomy for 11 adults, and it was easy to get the music connected to enjoy ourselves.
Highly recommend their services! And thanks Brian for helping us have a great time!

Our driver showed up on time and was attentive to all of our needs. I’ve been using limo services for several years for our office Christmas party and John at Bigelow is the most communicative and efficient owner that I’ve dealt with in 15 years of doing this. The ultimate over-promise and under-deliver. We booked at least a month in advance and paid in full ($800) for a 14 passenger party bus that never showed up to take us to the AZ-Packer game. My friends and clients flew in from all over the country to see this game. After agreeing to a 3:15 pickup time, and confirming it that morning, a voicemail 30 minutes before the sched pickup time said running behind but no later than 3:30-3:45. I finally called them at 4:05 only to be told it would be another 45 minutes. No way to be in time for the start of the game. Why didn't they call when they knew 3

Highly recommend for any transportation! I recently had 3 separate van/limos booked in one weekend with them and they did not disappoint. All of the limo busses were sparkling clean. The drivers were very professional and friendly. And anyone I talked to on the phone for booking and billing was also kind and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough! We used this for a bachelorette party and we had Tim as our driver in the Mercedes Sprinter van and he was just the best. Super easy to connect to our own music and he was super helpful with bar suggestions and at the end of the night we left early and asked him to just drive us around so we could hang out in basically our own little moving club. Made our evening so easy and stress free and I'm so happy we chose this company!

Our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen celebration was a huge success thanks to John and his limousine/party bus fleet. Our reservation was treated as priority number one from the start and every detail was perfect. The ice in the party bus was fresh. The chauffeur, Josh, was well mannered and the event went off without a hitch thanks to the conscientious management. The day of the party it was 115 degrees outside, and John worked to get us into the Mercedes party bus rather than the Chrysler stretch limo because he knew it had a second air conditioning unit to help keep the party of ten teenagers comfortable

Rented MB limo bus for a holiday light tour. Our driver, Brian, was early getting us.. not a single complaint of taking his fancy vehicle on a dirt road for 2 miles to our house..did not rush us to load and go... took us in the light tour.. Salt river field holiday light tour... I choose to go thru which ended up being a bust.. then took us to 2 other amazing stops he knew of...should have let him decide our route.. was so friendly, and super accommodating. We had a blast.. super clean and stocked and helped us load our heavy Yeti cooler whenever we needed it moved. Over the top the best service

We setup a limo in the Lincoln (8 seater) and the vehicle was pristine and arrived early for pickup. Our driver was great and was able to accommodate as we had to pickup some guests from the hotel and drive around prior to our dinner.

I had reached out to a few limo companies, as my friends and I were looking for a rental to State Farm Stadium to include a tailgate. John was exceptionally responsive, professional, and provided a lot of great information to help us plan our event. My daughter's 16th birthday is coming up and she got some quotes for a party bus from a couple different services and provided them to me. Bigelow is the service we decided to use. Unfortunately, by the time I called to reserve the party bus (about 30 minutes later), the time slot we were looking for had just been taken. John offered us other times and other smaller buses, but we couldn't find a fit. I thanked him and started looking elsewhere.

USE THEM FIRST!!!! These guys are absolutely 100% professional. They were able to make magic happen with a very late booking which happened as a result of another company not following through. The owner is incredibly professional and the driver was amazing. We had a group of 14, 15 year old teenagers for birthday party and they made it the best night ever for them.
