I am just so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Azzolino and Dr. Amina. I cannot tell you how much they have positively affected my life.
I fell and broke 4 bones about a year ago. At 52 I knew I was way too young to sustain such a big injury so thus my neurological journey began. Dr. Azzolino, with his state-of-the-art equipment, diagnosed my balance and vestibular issues and developed a treatment plan that targeted my outages with specificity. Now, after completing the program, my balance has greatly, greatly improved. I feel strong and centered, which is amazing seeing how "off" I often felt

Dr. Azzolino, Dr. Stoller, and Dr. Thompson helped me through a Lyme treatment and recovery that lasted about a year. I am very grateful for their holistic approach to both treatment and repairing the damage caused by Lyme. It was great to have a cross-functional team invested in my care. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of money and waste of time. Your first visit will be with Dr. Azzolino for about 10 minutes, then boom $400. What will he say? Oh, hi ma'am, here's a 10-20 week plan for you. Then you never see him again; instead you work with assistants the rest of the time, who are nice, but really just function as robots and do the same repeated stuff. Dr. Azzolino continues making false promises to clients so they come back and spend another $200-600 per session. Even PHONE CALLS are $400 an hour! How ridiculous. Very corrupt, but that is what happens when you place your chiropractic center

I love this practice. I’ve been suffering from what turned out to be an autoimmune disease and a tangle of co-infections which Dr Thompson has steadily gotten to the bottom of. I was suffering from full body eczema and psoriasis, edema in my face and i thought this had to be something more serious than just a tiny eczema itch. After being laughed at by a GP at CPMC for wanting to get a candida test (she insisted I had hay fever and prescribed prednisone which would have worsened my condition - oh and i did have intestinal candidiasis) I was desperate for a dr who would take me seriously. So glad

At age 45 , I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. When I went for a second opinion to the head of neurology, the doctor had tears in his eyes as he explained to me what was going to happen to me. I searched for hope in alternative treatments.
Dr Azzolino acted quickly in my behalf. He was thorough and dedicated. After a year and a half of consistent treatments, I was symptom free. I have remained healthy since 1991.
It is heart breaking to me to watch so many people suffer unnecessarily when there is help available. My husband, my family and I are forever grateful to Dr. Azzolino for the restoration

I can't say enough about my experience at this office!
First of all, I've never had a more thorough exam; They wanted to get to the root of what was causing my pain and didn't take any short cuts by only focusing on the problem area. I got a perspective about my specific problem and my overall health that no one has been able to give me before. They are brilliant diagnosticians!
Second of all, the treatment: cutting edge. I started to heal and get relief ridiculously faster than other people I know who suffered with the same issue. This saved me so much time and $$ based on what they told me

I have been going to Dr Azzolino for 17 years now. He is the real deal. I have met people in the lobby who travel from all over (even the east cost!) to see Dr Azzolino. My husband starting coming here about 14 years ago . I have a unique and basically fragile spinal condition that I do not let any one else adjust me. Dr Azzolino is super smart, listens well, and is a perfectionist.. Over the years I have seen him put together a team of docs to work with him-- any doc working with him they must be good due to his high standards.. I now also go to a naturopath doc there also- so to review her -

I had been having upper back and neck problems for 6 weeks, it had gotten to the point where I was able to turn my neck. After going to another chiropractor who aggravated my neck and left me in severe pain, I went to Sergio. The first session was extremely thorough including X-rays so they could see the issue. His technique is very advance and superior than any other Chiropractic doctor I had seen. After my second visit I am relieved, I can turn my neck, and able to sleep.
I highly recommend seeing Sergio for the best treatment!!!

Thank goodness I found Dr. Afzal at the Azzolino clinic!!! I sustained a concussion in September, and after 3 false starts at work I needed help. I had been to a couple different doctors but everyone told me to rest and try to go back to work again in a couple weeks. My primary care gave me some info on Dr Afzal, and it’s truly been life changing. She is patient, supportive, thoughtful, and goes out of her way to ensure her patients are getting the care they need. And EVERYONE at the clinic is really kind and supportive - it’s a happy and healthy community. They check in frequently about costs
