This is my fourth time at the establishment. The last two times I visited this location, they mislead me and wasted my time. The first time I needed a quick wax. They said okay. I stated that I wanted to wax first. They said OK and they still tried to get me to do the pedi. So when I did the pedicure thinking that maybe the lady wasn't available at the time. She was never there. The second time I went there with a friend and ask for a particular color design. They told me they could do it. They proceeded perform a basic nail polish procedure. Called DJ nails in a panic when we thought our reservation for my sisters bridal party was cancelled. They accommodated immediately, saying we (6 of us) could come in right away for service. Although the original reservation came through, DJ nail showed awesome costumer service and it will be our next nail spot!!

My review is neutral... at least for now. I've only been once and they were only removing gel acrylics. My only complaint is that it took over 2 hours because the man was confused why they weren't "melting" after he soaked them in acetone. Honestly I was just glad to have the acrylics I did t ask for off my nails.

I came here to treat my grandma and when we walked in the lady asked us what we wanted and to go pick a color, no greeting or anything. So we go to pick out colors and sit in the chairs, the lady doing my grandmas nails asked what kind of pedicure she wanted and we told her. I was sitting in the chair waiting for someone to come help me and I simply asked the lady doing my grandmas toes (Mary) could she turn on the jets because I was just sitting there in luke warm water she said no he's coming. First visit and last!! My granddaughter and I came to get a pedicure . The lady said what do you need not Hello or anything thing just pick your color. I don't know the name of the lady or the man the did the pedicure on my granddaughter

This place is so racist so I go in to get ONE nail fixed and they have me sitting there for over 30 minutes because they are busy understandable. BUt as soon as 3 caucasion women come in after me, they sit them down and someone got to them Right away! I will never be back and if your not caucasion dont waste your time going to this place because you will be over looked because of your skin color.Very rude and worst experience ever!!!the racism was SOOOO obvious.I would of been a fool not to let ppl know.Its about to be 2019 when is it going to stop? Mind you I've been going here over 2 years

I went here in a reference from a client I had at work and I'm so happy I tried it out! I had Kelly and she was great and gave me exactly what I wanted! I won't claim as my new spot yet only because I have to go twice before I decide! Haha! I'm super picky and particular about my nails, shape, thickness and she didn't seem bothered at all! I will definitely be back for my refill and try a pedicure!

Worst service EVER!!!
The ladies are rude, and clearly don't like their job....the lady who worked on my nails was so nasty, she yanked my arm and told me to move. After a repeat of the arm yanking, I told her that she was making it very hard for me to be polite and maintain my composure. Finally, she was upset about the polish that I brought as it was matte and she hasn't quite seemed to master the art of nail polishing or shaping....and she actually told me that the polish is not good to her. I calmly told her that she doesnt have to wear it, she just have to apply it to MY nails.

This is definitely one of my most favorite nail salons in the area. I've had a few odd experiences here, but overall they have done a FANTASTIC job. One of the best things about this store is it is CLEAN as can be. They have great sanitation procedures, and you can even ask for a brand new set of tools (and take them home with you) for an extra $5. The salon itself is bright, clean, and airy. It makes for a very relaxing time. They are usually very quick to get someone to start working on you. Anytime I've had a mani and pedi, two people are working at once to be time efficient. They

I went to this salon for a fill a few weeks ago. While the gal was filing my nails the Dremel slipped and she cut my finger. She could tell it was bad because she panicked and put some green oils on it. I did not realize how bad the cut was because of the oils. She continued doing my nails despite it bleeding. I should have left right there and then!
Within three days my finger was infected and I was given oral antibiotics. That didn't work! I had to go back and have the wound re-scraped so it would hopefully heal properly. I had to keep it wrapped and apply topical antibiotics. My finger
