Mrs. Linda has the best customer service in the world. I hate my nails. I tried the dip powder for the first time, not sure what its suppose to look like but I will never have it done here again. Cuticles are covered in powder which is going to be a problem soon. Starting to chip on the sides, shape is completely wrong and on top of that she cute my real nails off on the right hand. I got a discount for a first time customer of 10%. Prices are not to bad but then again you pay for what you get. No shine, nails very dull.

If I could get this place a zero I would. I been here multiple times since moving to The Woodlands. Never had a problem until today, my shellac nails are HORRIBLE, uneven, bumpy and not clean. She wanted to tell me the reason my nails were not to my liking because my nails are short??? I have never had a problem. She was very rude along with the first guy name Louis who started the polishing. He kept getting up after each hand was under the UV light to go talk and text on his phone. Very unprofessional. I am not happy with this salon. She took $5 off, I shouldn't have paid for uneven horrible nails

The person doing my nails was extremely rude. He was throwing my hands around and kept me in a very uncomfortable position the whole time. He had red dried something on his fingers and I actually had to ask if it was paint or blood because his hands were so dirty. HE DID NOT USE STERILE TOOLS AND HE MADE MY CUTICLES BLEED ON THREE FINGERS. I told the lady at the front about my horrible experience and they still charged me full price - $150 for shellac manicure and a plain pedicure for me and my husband?? Outrageous. Please choose another location.

I was in the area and simply wanted a mani-pedi. The lady who greeted me attempted to up sale, but I wasn’t interested. I wasn’t offered anything to drink until the end of my service. I paid $37 dollars for the manicure only for my cuticles to be torn up. My pedicure was awesome and painless, but my nail beds were bleeding after the manicure. I do not plan to return.

I am so happy with my nails!! I got a pedicure done and Vivienne did an AMAZING job on my nails! This was my first experience here and it didn’t disappoint! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Very detailed work. I will definitely be coming back from now on for my nails! Thank you!
