Ed was extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. He’s gone out of his way multiple times to see how things are going with the house and family. After working with him on 2 different occasions, he is busy but still finds the time to talk to you in depth about whatever questions you have and what his opinion on the market is.

Worst experience we've had with a realtor. They promised alot and delivered on nothing. Anytime we needed anything from them it either too 3+ tries to accomplish or was ignored completely by them. We only saw a minimum of effort in anything they did if any effort at all. We definitely do not recommend anyone from this office and will most likely choose anyone other than KW for our next purchase.

..even if Ed Yannett is the last realtor in Savannah, go find someone from out of town. Do not...do not....do not....do business with this man. He twice tried to raise the agreed commission in the fine print of the contract. He refused to follow any instruction. He is a passive aggressive little man. I also bought one of his properties a few years back after the bank took it back, and it was disgraceful example of a slum lording.
