Love this dental office. Vee, is a new hygienist and she is a wonderful addition to the staff! She’s sweet, patient, and takes her time explaining what she’s doing and why. The receptionists and front desk ladies are all sweet! They care about their clients and our lives. Thank you for making a routine checkup and cleaning, the best part of my day!

This place is Great! The staff member Brittany was very friendly. She gave me a tour of the office since it was my first visit. When she showed me to my chair, there was a gift bag waiting for me. I was surprised. I didn't expect to receive a gift. The staff was extremely friendly. Dr. DiBenedetto was great. He gave me a thorough exam. The only thing I didn't like was that I was not able to get my exam, x-ray and cleaning done in the same day. I had to make a separate appointment for the cleaning. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

I was referred to this dental office almost two years ago and I have not been disappointed yet.
This dental office staff members and doctors are extremely professional and really treats their customers like family. Here are a few reasons why I made the previous statement.
First, I'll mentioned the intake process which is when you call as a new client to see a dentist as a new patient. This process was done smoothly and professionally. Next making follow up appointments was equally smooth and easy. Lastly, during each of my visit the process and procedure was done professionally and well explained

I brought my baby girl in for a happy visit and we enjoyed every minute of it! We were greeted by Jennifer at the front desk and she was very friendly. The entire staff made sure baby Eden felt at home. The staff was very welcoming and Dr. Brown was so kind and patient with her! She even left with a new toy and toothbrush.

I love this dentist office! I’ve been seeing Dr Brown on my veneer journey for a while now and if you want to take this journey you definitely want it to be in an office like this! Everyone is very nice, professional and accommodating! Dr Brown is an artist and has turned my smile into something that I now love showing off. My confidence is finally through the roof and I owe it to Dr Brown for a beautiful smile transformation!

They’re the Best period,they do any and every thing you could think of to make people feel comfortable. They are clean, professional & most definitely reasonable. $$ I give Southland 20 stars out of 5 I love them honestly & staff are so nice and caring. Horrible experience! Beware! Dentist insisted on a procedure that I did not need and injured my tooth causing me to now have two teeth extracted and an implant. He caused unbearable pain which I am still experiencing and unable to properly chew food. Dr. Richard Mantoan, owner of the practice showed a lack of accountability, ethics and integrity in resolving issue. I had to hire a lawyer as a result and file complaint with Attorney General. I have emails, records and supporting documentation for everything stated here. I am a Flossmoor resident and will never go here again.

I am terrified of dentist offices due to bad experiences in the past but my mom convinced me to try Southland where she goes. I absolutely loved it. They made me feel comfortable and even put my anxiety at ease which is very difficult to do. The dentist talked with me and even moved slowly making me feel listened to cared for. I really appreciate this experience because now I don't feel afraid to go back to the dentist for a follow up

The dental techs are also wonderful and our kids actually like going to the dentists now! :-) You might think your current dentist is the best... But if your current place isn't Southland Smiles and your current dentist isn't Dr. Mantoan, then you're missing out!!

Woke up this year on my birthday with a terrible toothache. Heavy sigh. I was also an hour from my regular dentist, who couldn't get me in for a few days.
Southland Smiles got me in right away. Their staff was enthusiastic and friendly and gave me a bag of goodies. I thought it was for my birthday and wondered how so many people went to the dentist on their birthdays that they kept a supply of birthday bags. But no, this was a perk for new customers. Water bottles, calendars, even seeds to plant. Very cute little idea.
The dentist himself, Dr. Mantoan, was professional and helpful
