Best value for your diamond! My husband proposed to me with a Star129 diamond over 12 years ago and I was ready for an upgrade. I really didn't know what style I wanted but knew that I wanted a larger diamond. Diamond Expert Kim, took the time to help me explore new settings and diamonds. She was very friendly and professional; never once did I feel pressured to buy something. Her knowledge in diamonds and Arthur's general inventory got me the upgrade and I stayed within my budget! Tyler was very attentive to our needs. He took his time to help us with a Jude Frances cushion charm which my wife lost from her Huggie hoop. Arthur’s went beyond our expectations! I brought in 8 daughters and grand daughters for a surprise early Christmas shopping trip and Carver had everything arranged for all my girls to have the best experience ever! Our 8 year old grand daughter loved the experience sooo much that she wants to have her birthday party there!!!

We started going to Arthur’s a few years ago. First, I wish we had found this place earlier in our lives. Second, they really take the time to get to know the customer. To watch my partner's glowing smile ALL EVENING after finding and purchasing the perfect engagement ring sums up our experience at Arthur's.
