I was rear ended by one of this companies vehicles on Labor Day weekend 2021. When it came time for the insurance to pay. Thier insurance companysaid that they would not honor the claim because Serrano did not add the driver of the van to the policy. Serranos never responded to calls from either me or my insurance company, to at least bear responsibility and pay my deductible. Thank God I wasn't hurt. However I would think twice before I ever used these people for anything

My friend she is in kindergarten and her name is Bobbi Clemons and she is 5 years old and her sister is in a 5th grade at egret lake elementary school both and me i am in 4th grade and I am 10 years old this service is outstanding for her and her sister the driver and aide gets there early around 130 PM 1 day it was 2 PM and they were late but they came and picked her up so that was fine with her and then then I waved goodbye to them and they left and I was pleased with them for getting at the school on time thank you serrano and the aide for what you do with my friend bobbi

Horrible overall since I have had to travel with transportation through my provider. Even had to escalate to have them removed from my insurance policy and even with my attorney. Why should I have to get an attorney involved? Because they are just that horrible even during COVID times. They were no mask for protection and drive reckless, my PSTD from my accident was through the roof.

I had a horrible experience they left me waiting for over an hour and a half. I couldn't reach anyone at the company to find out where my ride was. I had medication that needed refrigeration so I had to pay uber to get home. They messed my whole trip up. They were supposed to wait for me to just pick up my medicine and they sent my ride home to the wrong place at the wrong time. The whole experience was a nightmare and if modivcare schedules this company again I will request another company.

I had a return ride home from my son doctor and they claimed I didn’t and refused to come get me and called me 3 hours later asking where I was and that transportation was looking for me so moral of the story is they knew I had a return pick up but refused to come get me and me and my son we ended up riding the palms Tran bus and nearly getting lost. My son has autism and the public transportation bus was very hard for him I am so upset my son had to go through this. I would not recommend them.

I had an appointment to see an orthopedic doctor on June the 2nd , I called in for transportation to Staywell transportation service they booked the ride for me and gave me a reference # 12882 telling me I'd be picked up between 8:15 / 8:45...
At 9:00 I had not been picked up so I called Staywell transportation service.
They contacted Serrano's and where told that they went to my old address...I find it hard to believe that Staywell didn't provide the correct pickup address.
This is the second doctors appointment that I didn't get to because Serrano's went to my old address. I find it very unprofessional
