I called them last minute to get my dad from PBI. His flight was coming in very late and it was too late for his original ride to get him. My friend had mentioned that she used them for her parents. Joe booked the ride. He couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. The flight was extremely delayed and I was worried about my dad. I must have called him 5x just to confirm and a last time to confirm he was at the airport. He texted me when he got my dad, when they were in the car and when my dad was home. I will 100% be using them again. He went above and beyond what he needed to do .

I have used E&R Limo on business trips to Florida prior to taking a professional position in Delray Beach.
Since 2017 I have lived in Port Saint Lucie and E&R Limo is my Only choice for limo services.
The vehicles and Drivers have always been excellent and provide Outstanding services regardless of the time of day. Whether leaving for and returning from travel international or within CONUS, I always look forward to their support.

Hubby and I had an Amazing Experience with Driver (Nasar) He showed Exceptional service ! He Showed up on time !Car was always clean and tired to make us comfortable! He was very Neat and Handsome Friendly always compassion in making us happy in choosing where /what we wanted to do he went above and behind!! Over charged me for a very short ride, but then over charged my card above and beyond that. Then was not willing to correct it when called and confronted. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Miraz is the driver that did this, not sure I'd it was just him or the company

Used E&R for limo service last night to travel to HardRock was a wonderful experience. First the friendly phone call, to the professional chauffeur who arrived on time and kept things very smooth. I would highly recommend this business for 5 star service! We used a Sprinter Limo that was brand new and everything worked properly, and Clean! Can't wait to book again.

I booked E&R for a round trip to a concert at the BB&T center. They had remembered me when i called back to book after getting a quote earlier in the week. Rate was comparable to others I had called. Had to change the pick up time a day before, they were friendly and accommodating. Driver was spot on time and arrived in a very clean (inside and out) Escalade. He had chilled water waiting before and after the concert which we greatly appreciated. Incredibly polite and we felt safe the entire trip. I will definitely recommend E&R to others and utilize their services again!

I had to take an early flight out and wanted a reputable car service company. I called and made an appointment to be picked up in the wee hours of the morning to take me to the airport. The driver was on time and very professional. We made pleasant conversation, and I felt safe and comfortable. I plan on using them again in the near future.

I called E&R based on their online reviews. I needed to get to the airport first thing in the morning on New Years Day from Delray Beach to Fort Lauderdale . I had to change a pick up time to hour earlier since airlines warned me about longer lines; they had no issue with that. From the beginning E&R were professional and friendly. They delivered 100%! I was charged as quoted, arrived on time with friendly professional driver in a spotless comfortable car.
Will call them again !

Had a family emergency and had to fly into West Palm Beach last minute. Read the reviews on line for E&R Transportation and gave them a call. Ray the owner was very helpful with pick up arrangements and also quoted me what I felt was a very reasonable rate. He was there at pick up with a very nice clean Suburban. Since there is no waiting at the pickup he suggested I call when I get to the baggage area( I had carry on only).
