Reservoirs Environmental, Inc. is a Colorado laboratory providing world wide analytical services to the Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Food industries. With over 30 years of professional experience, Reservoirs' staff is committed to serving the needs of every customer. We have instituted extended cleaning procedures at our customer service counters.

Any customers that maybe concerned about personal contact are encouraged to utilize our Online Client Portal for job entry. Samples may then be deposited in our buildings external drop box, where they will be collected by our staff and processed per the customers requirements as entered online. Results will be emailed back to the customer as per normal procedure.

Laboratory Forms Report

A Chain of Custody (COC) is generated using the information submitted through our Online Client Portal, after samples are delivered to the laboratory. An account may be set up with Reservoirs Environmental, Inc. after a client submits more than 10 jobs in a 90 day period. This will allow us to bill you instead of paying cash or check when you drop off samples.

Dropped off test samples at 9 in the morning had results by noon. Very good at what they do name something tested that's the place to go.

Actually 2 reviews.
1.They did as expected of the lab in determining if I had asbestos in the mastic holding my floor tiles down.
2. When I called back a lady named Sophia answered. What a rude individual. As I was attempting to get guidance on next steps (just looking for quick ideas) she said she had another call and hung up on me.
In today’s world it’s evident over and over that customer service is non existent. I’ll do my part as a contractor that received their contact info from Home Depot to encourage my hone base Home Depot to refer another company.
No excuse for that type of behavior

Courteous service, and available to the public for testing. the process is so easy: just bring a sample and a baggie and register your job information. Bring cash or check for payment. Results via email!

If you are needing economy samples done, calibrate your clients that it takes forever to get these done. They say 3-5 days but they put these jobs behind rush jobs, so only pick this sampling time if you absolutely do not care if you ever get these results back.

Thank goodness for asbestos testing labs in general. Fast friendly service here and reasonable prices. I have more samples to bring in. Will definitely use this place regularly.

This is a great lab for quick turnarounds on testing. I've (unfortunately) had to use them several times in the past few weeks since I recently purchased a very old home, but I will continue to use them as I take on new projects to make sure all the work I do is done safely.
