I’ll start by saying that I feel bad for giving this place 2 stars. I have been coming here for about 3 years and have never had a bad experience and the staff has always been very kind to me. However, my most recent visit was less than pleasant. I booked an appointment for a fill and pedicure, I usually go to Chi who is amazing but she was not available at the time of my appointment. Bella was my nail tech & was beyond rude to me. When it was time to do my nails she didn’t even ask what I was getting done. I just showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she started filing the gel off

This salon advertises itself as vegan and doesn't use paraben, sulfate, etc. Yet OPI gel polish is not even cruelty free, yet alone vegan. When I asked the girl if it was vegan, she said yes. I completed my service and googled the product and it is not even cruelty free. I called them and they said a different polish is vegan. So why do you not clearly say this in the book you are advertising prices, polishes and color? $40 is too much for a gel mani, especially if it is not vegan. Excellent nail service! Absolutely beautiful work, and I'd say the best in the city. However, be prepared to pay a hefty price.

Very very horrible place. 1st of all almost wanted to charge me a $100 for mermaid nails.if Posted on Facebook about their business in their nail jobs I tried to contact them could never get them to contact me back try to make an appointment and then got very rudely and disrespectful by one of their employees by telling me that I was way too complicated because I wanted to make an appointment and communicate more properly over the phone then called and tried to talk to the manager about this and was pretty much called a liar so yeah I would advise you to go somewhere else to get your nails done

Myah slays my nails every time. I have never once left dissatisfied with any of my services. She is so detail oriented and wildly creative with her nail art on top of being an absolute sweetheart. Booking online is easy and ensures that I will be with my favorite nail tech!

Wanted to get my toes done for a beach vacation tomorrow and with a big chunk of skin missing, I doubt I will have a pleasant time near saltwater and sand. No apologies were made or compensation. I actually had to pay $40 for this...disappointed and a sore toe.

Moved recently and finding a place proved to be challenging until MOC. I love this place! A few personalized touches make a big difference. Clean, professional and adheres COVID protocol.

Absolutely wonderful experience here!! Staff was incredibly nice to me, the nail spa was super appealing and modern, and great prices for great services!!! Will definitely be coming back!

They did a good job but prices were OUTRAGEOUS I will not be coming back unless prices are lowered.

I've been to this salon like three times but this time may be my last. It took them 25 mins to start and they ended up terrible. The last few times were not bad but I have a wedding to be in and this is the end product. My nails are NOT the same length and not filed square

I’ve been searching for a vegan nail salon for a while now and finally have found a place! Beautiful interior and the dip manicure as well as pedicure made me feel so important and relaxed. Will certainly be back soon

This is the second time I've gone to MOC Nail and both times I have been thoroughly satisfied.

The salon is beautiful, the employees are friendly and great at what they do. I get Dip Powder with extensions and am always happy with how they come out! The nail techs are always thorough and take their time on your nails

Best part; they are completely VEGAN. All polishes/brushes and tips are ethically sourced and not tested on animals. Couldn't have been happier when I found them.

Walked in without an appointment and was immediately seated for a nail repair and gel mani. Very impressed with the shop, beautifully designed and immaculate. They have a large selection of colors and actually do nail art. Mai did an awesome job on my nails and was very personable. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first visit. I understand they are under new management. I found the prices a little high, but I desperately needed a mani/pedi after my recent move from the winter temps in Maryland. I chose the classic pedi which included hot coals and a warm towel.
