Came here to get a spa pedicure and I love the prices! There were a lot of colors of polish to choose from but I wish there were more variety. It was a lot of red and pink shades but not enough fun colors. However I still was able to choose my color I wanted.
I'm giving this place 5 stars because of Emily. She was very thorough and asked me what shape I wanted my toe nails and asked if the water temperature was hot enough. She was pleasant to speak with.

I just called to book an appointment for a full set, on their website under nail service it says "full set $28+" (I will upload a screenshot) the lady told me it starts at $45+ full set gel. I told her I didn't want gel 3 times before she gave me the price without the gel and stated it was $40+. I then explained what their website says and she stated their prices hasn't changed for 3 years so they're website was not listing $28+. She argued that this price was not on their website, while I was clearly looking at it. This is FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR PROFESSIONALISM! I'm pretty sure she doesn't

I really liked the nail tech I had for my pedicure and I know she was having a bad morning, so I want to give the benefit of the doubt. But, I got a regular spa pedicure and I thought everything was fine, but once I got home I realized just how messed up my toes really were, really disappointed because I got gel and I can’t even take it off myself and paid a good amount for it too. Maybe I just got unlucky, but this was my first time going to this spa.

I have been here twice. The first time I had a good experience and my polish lasted for several weeks. However, on my last visit, I had a 4 pm appointment but did not start my pedicure until 4:45! My polish also was severely chipped after only two days. I’ve never had polish come off so quickly after getting a pedicure. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

First off let me say how nice everyone in this place is. They really know how to treat their customers. Next Rebecca was my nail tech and she was great. She spoke to me about everything she was doing. She did a great job on my pedicure, and manicure. I had such a great, relaxing experience. Go here and get treated like royalty.

This was my first time getting my nails done at Serenity nails and I was not disappointed! I did not know exactly what I wanted and my nail tech, Maria, made suggestions and did a wonderful job! And she kept me laughing the whole time! All of the staff were so friendly , I was even offered a warm neck wrap to help me relax! What a wonderful experience...I’m so pleased to have found my new nail salon!

I went here last week with my friend. During our manicures my tech asked us to leave a review IF we liked it and to NOT leave a review if we didn't. I thought that was kind of rude. Usually if I don't like a place I'll just leave it alone and not go back, but my nails turned out awful and after that comment it was irking me, so I left a 2 star review because my toes turned out fine after all the nail polish was cleaned off my skin. The pedicure was ok. My tech clipped my skin a few times during it and it was a bit of a mess before she was done, but they look fine. My nails though

What a joke this place is, I get off of work at seven therefore I have to find a place that is open late which happens to be this place. When I arrive at 7:10 even though they close at 7:30, the door is locked and I had to knock on the door for them to open it. I then told the lady that I want an eyebrow wax and she proceeds to tell me that the wax is cold because they haven't turned it on all day? What a waste of time I will never do business with them again

I was visiting a friend from out of town. My friend had to work so I decided to pamper myself. The staff and the atmosphere at Serenity is so calming and relaxing. The person who worked on me is a true artist and her energy is very relaxing and loving. Thank you for taking care of me and letting me hang out with you ladies. I feel like a new person just by having my nails taken care of by you!

I love this place. I'm loyal to it. The service is excellent. My nails never come off they last and they look gorgeous I'm always getting compliments on how beautiful my nails look. I definitely recommend this salon. Their pedicures, facials, manicures are top of the line. The salon is clean, relaxing, and with excellent staff.

I came here last week and would never go back. I got a gel manicure and it was so poorly done. It started off with the tech cutting me twice while cleaning my cuticles. Then as the the tech added the layers of gel she did not wait long enough for the timer to finish and it did not harden correctly. I finally spoke up and the owner came out. She switched me to a new tech to fix my nails and said I would not be charged for my manicure just my pedicure which was fine. It took another 40 mins to fix my nails. They were not perfect but better than before. When I went to pay I was charged for both my

First time at this nail salon. Love it! I tried calling them from the number I found off of their Groupon but it wasn't working. Somehow they realized that and called me back immediately. They were able to accommodate me and get me in right away. I even received a text welcoming me with directions to the salon.
I did a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure. I am pretty picky when it comes to my color and making sure it matches my toe nails to my nails. The lady that did my manicure made sure the color I chose for my toes matched perfectly to the shellac and she did perfect!
