Jody's intrigue with the legal system began about the time he was becoming a teenager. He vividly recalls observing his father and uncle working to establish personal relationships with each client at the family's law firm. Witnessing those personal connections made Jody want to pursue a law degree and follow in the family business.
When Chris was around 12 years of age, a major event occurred that ultimately determined Chris' career path. Chris' father, an underground coalminer, suffered a significant on-the-job injury. He recalls the remainder of his childhood fighting the Coal Company with the family's attorney (Don M. Stacy).
Attorney Brandon Johnson brings his experience as a former federal prosecutor at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of West Virginia to his work with Wooton, Davis, Hussell and Johnson, PLLC. He has also served as a trial attorney with Nationwide Insurance and later founded Stroebel & Johnson, PLLC where he remained a partner for 22 years.
