I have been using this service for 3 years now, on average of about 5-8 times per year (to and from the airport) and have been nothing but completely satisfied.
The drivers arrive onetime, if not early and are always courteous. The vehicles uses are clean and new. One of the best features is that this company has is that tipping with cash is not necessary, as they can bill your credit card on file, which translates to a more streamlined experience.

I booked Golden limo services for a friends party to the city. They arrived much earlier than the actual booking time. Gagan with his beautiful limo was very accommodating and made our trip memorable. Also gave us a good deal. Now that I have used his services quite a few times, I would definitely recommend them, Value for money and a trip to remember :)

These guys just reached out to me to try and get me to retract my yelp review while claiming to be under new management. These are the same guys who were there when they stole about $600 of wine from me in 2011, lied and said (in writing) that they would pay me for the stolen wine. Despite having the same names and phone numbers, they actually claimed in an email to me that they were in fact not the same guys - what a joke! I will probably have to wind up suing these guys, which I should have done in 2011...but hey, statute of limitations are still in place...and given the paper trail these guys

I'd used Golden Limo in the past and was appalled by the service, but they have COMPLETELY CHANGED. They were bought out recently by a former employee, and now they have turned their act around 100%! The owner of the company is incredibly nice, and the driver knew what he was doing.
Definitely much happier with them now, and would definitely recommend them to others!

I have worked with a gentleman named Jimmy on many occasions and have received great service. I found them here on Yelp as I needed a car service almost immediately to pick up my boos. Jimmy was available totally last minute when no one else would commit and my boss had nothing but great things to say. I have since been using them and have recommended Jimmy to many people I know and I have heard good things from them as well.

I called on a very short notice (only 5 hours in advance) asking for pick-up at Oakland airport at 2am (delayed flight).
A limo was waiting for me exactly on time and the ride home to Cupertino was pleasant and quick. The only problem I have is the high rate: $90 base rate + late hour pick-up + tax + airport surcharge.
I normally get a bunch of mail flyers from various limo services offering base rate of $65-70 from OAK to anywhere in South Bay.
