I've rented from many different places across the US and Canada, and this is without a doubt the worst rental units I've lived in (and the most expensive as well). Here's what $2000/month gets you in Watford City:
•A 3 bed 3.5 bath 1700 split level townhome with an extremely awkward layout
•A kitchen that takes up ¼ of the upstairs square footage yet only has 1 pullout drawer, counterspace is the equivalent to a galley kitchen
•LAUGHABLY bad build quality
o Poorly insulated/sound proof (It is VERY expensive in the winter).
o Cheapest of the cheap appliances, counters, fittings, and

Just don’t do it. HORRIBLE management. Vicky is a nightmare to deal with. We ended up being cheated out of hundreds of dollars. We spoke with lawyers who all advised us we didn’t have to pay for the costs because our downstairs literally flooded, but the management at bison run is so awful we were happy just to write the check so we never had to deal with these people again. Even though they received AND CASHED THE CHECK, they sent our account to creditors and we didn’t know for months. Wonder what that did to our credit score... just do anything else, neighbors agree. This place sucks.
