No more than 2 animals each weighing 100 pounds or less full grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A $500 non-refundable animal fee and prior approval from management will be required. Monthly Pet Rent is $35 for one pet and $70 for two.

Management goes out of their way to ensure I have a comfortable and safe environment to live in. The price you pay for what you get is well worth it. Any issues I have had were solved quickly without any hassle to me or my family. The garage without being charged extra is indeed refreshing. Highly recommend. Nice and quiet living.

Eagles Landing is very well managed. Jennifer, the property manager, exceeded my expectations in every way. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, fair, and helpful. She addressed any issue or question I had quickly and completely. The property is well maintained as was my unit. Jennifer’s exemplary work ethic and attitude makes Eagles Landing the best rental experience I have had... ever. No small accomplishment in a high turn-over, oil field dominated market like Williston. Thank you!

The property manager, Heather is amazing! She is very professional, yet personable and ready to help in any way that she can with any issues that may arise. The apartment layout is perfection for our needs and is larger than other layouts in the area for the price. Neighbors have been great as well thus far! So happy to be here!

It's been asolutely amazing. We're always called right back if we dont get an answer! If maintenance is ever needed, they're on top of coming when you need them too. The managers nor maintenance look for excuses to come in when we are gone and never have comments about how we live. We've had bad experiences at other apartments so we are very grateful to be a part of this community :)

The apts themselves are great - granite counters, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The only complaint I have is that I'd like for people with kids or babies to be offered a ground floor apt. That's the only thing that gives us a bad experience - the kids upstairs riding their toys and screaming and crying and stomping.
