I have to say, Ethan Ducret from RefiNow Financial is one of the extraordinary Account Managers around.
To me, communications is key. Ethan was able to answer all of my questions no matter the form of communications. whether it was thru email, text or a simple phone call. He kept me updated thru the entire process, and also respected my time when I went on vacation.

Ethan and Courtney had been great with paper works follow up. I got the best rate of 1.75 percent for our VA mortgage loan because they let me know step by step what needs to be done. This was the best experience I ever had with a mortgage transaction. Courtney was very helpful, patient and accommodating. She communicated frequently so I knew what to expect and when, and what I needed to know and do. Refi Now is amazing. I was looking to refinance my condo and was referred to them by a family member.
