Rick Bartelt is the owner, OGR, CAPS, CCP, MBC. Rick began in the construction industry at 12 years old, assisting his father, Ronald Bartelt, on project sites during weekends, holidays, and summer vacations. He continued to learn about carpentry, and in 1984, Rick and his wife Chris started Bartelt.

We have in-house designers and interior designers who work closely with clients to understand their ideas for their home and create a workable design. Then our production team keeps your project moving during construction and works closely with our team and industry partners. We also have our own expert rough and finish carpenters.

Booked an appointment for service about a month out. The day of the appointment is here and I've taken a day of vacation and no one is here. So I call the office and in the process of getting to the right person I get hung up on. When I call back the woman who answered the phone initially is confused and re-transfers me. The person who handles the electrical calls says that there's no appointment for me and says have a good day. No sorry, no can I book you an appointment, no please let me see if I can get you in today or tomorrow...

Rick and his crew do such an amazing job! My home is around 100 years old yet they were able to match the existing plaster and wood work beautifully. They not only use top of the line new materials and techniques but even more impressive was that they know the way and have the ability to match the old craftsmanship. It made the transition from existing to the addition flawless. We have had others try to match the plaster textures and woodwork before but I am so happy I was referred for our addition to a company will this high of skill.
