Sonya joined The Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville in 2001 as the patient care coordinator for Dr. Melinda Haws. Carlene has been married 36 years to her high school sweetheart, and she loves spending as much time as she can with her two grandbabies and family. She loves reading, baking, and spending time hanging out at her pool.

Griffin Churchwell's road to becoming a skin care specialist started at a young age when she gave her Barbies makeovers with Crayola markers. Transitioning from markers to make-up, she became more serious about skin care when teenage acne sent her on a mission to clear her skin and learn make-up techniques to conceal it.
