Dr. Cash did an amazing job on my implant exchange and full lift on my breasts ! I was very confident in his work because I have worked with him in surgery. He truly cares about his patients and always does what is best for them. I have had no issues and he actually called me day after surgery to check on me. His staff is always very friendly and always got back to me immediately to answer questions or concerns! I am very pleased that I chose Dr Cash to make me beautiful ♥️

Nashville Plastic Surgery far exceeded my expectations. My husband was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma in 2019. He had treatments and a stem cell transplant and was in remission. Last February I was diagnosed with breast cancer that required a bilateral mastectomy. My surgeon recommended Dr. Cash for the reconstruction. Unfortunately, my surgery was in March at the onset of COVID. Dr. Cash and his staff were amazing during the process through the months that followed. My husband passed away in August from COVID and I had to postpone my reconstruction until September. I was 53 and devastated

A breast reduction is the best thing to happen to me!!!They were awesome!!! I am very pleased with the outcome, I have noticed all great things after the surgery!!! I have had the best experience with Dr. Cash and his nurse Emily!! They are the most caring people and very comforting.. after my dx of breast cancer and bilateral mastectomy, Dr. Cash did my reconstructive surgery. So far I am beyond pleased with his work. Dr. Cash is the kind of surgeon you want by your side when life throws a curve ball at you. I never expected to have a double mastectomy with reconstruction but I did, and I’m so happy I had Dr. Cash and his staff with me the whole way. I never had to worry about the care I received. Dr. Cash and his staff quickly became more like friends and family than doctor/patient. They truly do care about you and how you see yourself. I’m truly grateful God placed them in my life.
