I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people who work there. Being in a car accident is obviously a stressful experience, but they helped mitigate that stress in EVERY way. To start with, Jeff offered to let me sit in his truck while I talked to my insurance company. During the ride to the office, he answered all the questions I had about the process (first-time collision for me), and helped calm my nerves.
A Valid Drivers License - If you are driving the vehicle off of our lot you must have a valid drivers license. If you do not have a valid drivers license, you must have a valid state issued photo ID and be accompanied by someone with a valid drivers license. Proof of Valid Vehicle Insurance - A valid insurance card from your insurance company is required.

The driver who looks like a toe or unmanicured thumb held up traffic for 1 hr+ on the freeway at the Capital Drive exit on 11/4/2021 and didn’t even think to apologize for the inconvenience. I was even on the non-emergency fire department trying to figure out if they could send him some help. Honestly he didn’t deserve the effort, I wish I wouldn’t have wasted the time and kept listening to my podcast.
No he didn’t explicitly hold a gun to my head and force me to drive over the median but if you’ve been waiting almost 2 hours and some completely random non-related to the driver stranger

The driver was so fast and the person on the phone was absolutely professional. They made sure i knew the prices and what i was paying for and they knew exactly how to hook everything without damaging my car. It was amazing how fast and generous the guy was. I got a business card and i would be happy to hand it out to anyone who needs a tow!

I needed to get a vehicle towed to Racine and it was on a day when it was snowing. All City Towing was courtesy and kind and got the job done way earlier than I expected. They did not even make me come out in the snow, which was much appreciated. Great Place, I would definitely use them again.

My truck stalled at the gas station, of all places. I googled a tow service on the whim and chose All City Towing. Dispatch said someone would be with me real soon. We needed a tow to a local car dealership to get our car repaired. I had called at least a half a dozen local towers whom all claimed to be 24 hours but no one had working voice mails or returned our call. All City answered on the first few rings. The cost was a bit more than we have paid in the past but the driver was here within 30 minutes and got us where we needed to be promptly.

I was in dire straits. My auto was stranded in the employee parking lot of my work, completely disabled. If I had not moved it by today, it surely would have been towed. I initially called another towing service who then referred me to All City. They are in closer proximity to my home. When I called to inquire about an estimate, I received courteous and helpful information. An appointment to have my car transported was arranged immediately. My car was to be delivered within 2 hours. When the truck arrived promptly with my car on its flatbed, the driver was friendly, courteous, and receptive to
