Unfortunately, we did not actually use Cruise-A-Palooza, as we reached out and were too slow in booking a bus for our wedding. With that being said, Derek always responded to our questions around the bus immediately, provided plenty of photos and details, and even went above and beyond in recommending a competitor who has a good reputation for transportation as well. I truly appreciate all of Derek's help in this process, even though we did not even use his service. I'm not surprised that the availability is stretched with such great customer service! Thanks Derek!

We had a great experience on our corporate outing to the Packers game! Our driver Derek was above and beyond with customer service and the pre-planning and scheduling was perfect. Great communication and never felt as though we had to worry about the logistics once our trip began. We will use them anytime and would highly recommend.

Booked the 14-seat Stallion bus for bachelor party. Reservation was easy to make and good communication from company. Good value and the bus was very comfortable, clean, had great speakers, and in general created a very fun atmosphere. The driver was extremely kind, courteous, and accommodating. Overall a great experience - I would definitely recommend their services.

We rented a party bus for my nieces’ 21st birthday and they were absolutely great to work with. Right from the start their customer service was outstanding, Derek and Debbie responded to every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bus itself was extremely clean and we loved the different light options, the Bluetooth was easy to hook into to play the playlist we had from my phone, their was a bar area with a tub perfect for bottles, and trash bins hidden throughout to keep things looking nice the whole night.
