Great service and atmosphere! However the food did not meet my expectations. There was hair in my daughter's food. I was also disappointed that they did not off fresh grated parmesan cheese. The bread was amazing and should be served in baskets! I ordered 3 entrees for myself and my 2 kids. I told the waitress that my son and I were going to split the pasta since I knew he wouldn't eat it all because it was an adult entree. I ordered a large salad. I was charged an extra plate charge which I completely understand if everyone doesn't order a entree but for a mom and a kid to share a huge plate of

We dropped in for brunch and noticed the Reuben Sandwich. It was very tasty and very big. I often order Reubens and this was one of the best I have had in a long time. It was so big I had to share it with my girlfriend who also said it was very nice. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. We sat outside on the porch area and this was very pleasant. It is right on the Pinellas Trail and it was nice to watch the bikes and hikers going by. Nice experience all in all.

Brought our well behaved dog into restaurant. Sat outside on patio where there were few customers. A dog walked by outside restaurant. My dog barked twice at the strange dog. Five seconds later manager Drew comes charging out of the restaurant and threatens to kick us out. I apologized and we finished our meal. I like the food but I'll never be back to cafe al fresco.

My grandmother and I split a chicken Parmesan plate and we each got a salad and bread with it for around $20 total. It's not gourmet but it's good Italian food and I would for sure come back. The chicken was hot and crispy which made the entire dish.
The wait staff was quick and refilled drinks quickly. The wait to get in was non-existent on a Saturday night. They were super busy but the place has so many tables it didn't matter.

Cute place for casual dining! We enjoyed lunch on Thanksgiving here. My ahi tuna salad was excellent & my husband enjoyed a portobello sandwich. He loved the potato salad. Menu was simple and is geared towards brunch. Saw lots of people getting omelets and they looked real good & very large! Service was good and friendly. Parking is a little difficult.

We ordered a salad and cheeseburger. Salad was fresh, lettuce crisp and dressing on point. I ordered the burger which was THE BEST BURGER I EVER ATE! I ordered it medium and the waitress double-checked to make sure to mention that the burger would be pink and juicy. She did not lie! It was exactly as described and oh do tasty.

Cafe Alfresco is located in the exciting shopping area of Dunedin, FL. Since I have tried a couple of other cafes in the area, I visited this cool cafe on a busy Friday afternoon. We were seated right away and had a great table with a view of the area. Our waiter OSH quickly served us our lunch and we enjoyed our view and delicious food in beautiful Dunedin. Great place for lunch.

I love adding salmon to a large house salad.
Tried the vegetable curry. The curry was quite spicy; nice variety of vegetables. But I found the rice that accompanied the curry to be too salty. Won't order this again. You might not mind their rice; I cook eggs, rice and noodles without any salt. But, I usually don't find rice too salty in restaurants.

Stopped in here for lunch on a weekend and we were seated almost immediately, outside thankfully. I spotted their cake/cheesecake selection and I was already tempted to order something.
They were still serving brunch so I ordered one of their omellete's and it was really tasty! The side of potatoes tasted super fresh too. And it was so big I had to take half of it home.

Stopped by to pick up food for a our COVID date night. We ate at the waterside park nearby. Service was good and safe. Buuuuttt, food was just lacking in flavor. I love to try Grouper sandwiches. Nothing to write home about this one. Plain, plain, plain. Not even the tartar sauce was exciting!
