I went to get a hard/bridge loan with another company so I could finish renovations on an estate in New York that I bought. That company after they reviewed my portfolio said they could get the process completed in about 1-2 weeks. 4 months later, countless emails AND spending thousands $$ for reports, I still hadn't obtained the loan.

We had a great experience with Bridge Lending Group. We worked with Glenn Geraci who explained the entire process to us and closed the loan quickly.
We now can move forward with the renovation of our beach cottage and get it ready to rent for the spring vacation season. We would highly recommend BLG and will use them again.
