I’ve worked with JWB since 2014, where I purchased two properties. I’ve since sold both and made 3-4x my money. It was the easiest investment I’ve made. JWB property management, Hannah specifically, were incredible to work with. Most property managers are slow to respond, and unprofessional, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth with Hannah. She was a total rockstar. You would assume that once I decided to sell my properties, they would stop giving me attention, but that wasn’t the case. They made the transition super easy and pain free. I am so thankful for my time with JWB.

We recently partnered with JWB to purchase two passive properties. Our entire experience so far has been so different than past experiences and we are so pleased! I have recently, starting in March 2020, purchased my first Real Estate rental properties through JWB. I now have 6 properties! They have been amazing to work with as they walked me through the entire process including utilizing non-recourse loans for the first time.
