From day one my agent has provided the best one-on-one customer service many companies are missing nowadays. Reagan, has answered any and all the questions i have asked. She has answered my calls and replied to my email within minutes if not a couple of hours. If you want the best customer experience i would recommend you give Haby insurance a call.

I reached out to Stephen about combining our home and auto for insurance. He was patient with getting all the information I needed and would ask if I needed help getting any of it. I’m a working mom with a 14 month old baby that is into everything, so needless to say I don’t have the time to hunt down paper work. Stephen answered all my questions… on policy’s and coverage in a way I would understand because I’m not an insurance guru. This is a great company with great policy’s. We are now saving $130 a month by switching from a big box company. Again Stephen

I have been with Mr. Haby and Germania since 2001 and have zero complaints. He is either available when I call or returns my calls in a timely fashion. And my questions are never too much which is great because I ask many! They handle my renters and auto insurance. Ms. Rogiers has been a lovely addition to the company. I have seen no reason to leave.
