After a very scary start moving 3 hours away from home, i was completely taken care of by Kim. She helped me SO much. Because of the honesty we shared with each other, we were able to have a very smooth transition into my unit she rented to me. After living there for 1 year, I learned to appreciate everything that Kim has struggled with throughout the years to make the apartment happen, and she really came a long way to take care of what i needed.
Even after moving out, Kim has helped me with many things. A real friend. As long as there is honesty, nothing but happiness will come.

Kim is incredible. In the past I had seen her work with clients and the amount of respect, time, honesty, and thoughtfulness she put into each transaction was incredible. I mentally took note and knew that when my husband and I were ready to buy a home it would be with Kim. Fast forward five years and not only did Kim do an incredible job as our real estate agent, but she was able to talk the sellers down in price, getting us a great deal! I can't rave about her enough, she is the best.

Ethical, Trustworthy, and Tenacious. We can’t speak highly enough about Kim and her team. We bought our first house with her back in 2001 and she’s been our Realtor through the 3 subsequent purchases and sales. She is an advocate for you as her client and she puts her clients first. I just recently used Kimberly's Global RE to purchase a property in Paso Robles. I was blown away by Kimberly's incredible knowledge of real estate. We put an offer on a home (which had 22 other offers), and ours was the one accepted. Even more amazing was the fact that this was the first home we put an offer on in this crazy market. Her negotation skills were second to none, no surpirse there as she has an incredible background in international business. As a Loan Officer I see Agents in a different capacity....and KIM is one of the very best Agents I have worked with!! I would want her to represent me on my personal transactions; she is that good. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. TOOK $3,300.00 security deposit, after a year lease was up, did the walk thru at end of lease, said tenant would get all their deposit back. Three weeks later, changed their minds, said it needed a new carpet, they lied. Having to sue them to get our deposit back. Tenant sued them in small claims for fraud, conversion and elder abuse. Go to trial tomorrow.

After applying for a place to live they verbally agreed to move forward with a lease for a nice spot in morro. My credit and background came back clean.
Then I waited and waited. Provided proof of current lease docs. Waited, provided proof of on-time payments. Then I called and was very direct that I have lease docs ready to sign on another great spot, Chrissy reassured me that it was just a matter of getting the lease paperwork together. So I turned down a really great spot because this one was a better fit. Two days later I get a three sentence email stating they would like a co-signer because
