Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Multiple violations, when pointed out they punish their employees for doing so. They do not train staff to know proper procedures. Totally unorganized on Saturdays. I have no idea how the owner are allowed to continue to keep their centers open when they don't care about the children under their care.. or their staff

The owner will NOT address any issues you bring to her about her staff. This includes her staff physically abusing the children. She will stubbornly defend them without taking any time to investigate the issue. I am extremely concerned for the safety of the children at this daycare. If you love your children please do not leave them at this daycare because you will be literally be putting there safety in jeopardy.

My two children have gone to the higbee location for some time now and I’ve never had any complaints. The staff is always friendly, my children love the teachers and talk about them when they are home and Julie and Tamara in the office are always so helpful and work with me and answer any questions I have. When there is an incident they call me right away and have the report ready for me when I get there. I’m thankful they have helped me with potty training and I’m amazed at how much they have learned there! You can tell they work with the kids and care about them!

And I didn’t use the childcare, you’re right. But I didn’t completely hate working there.
Its a daycare. It has its ups & downs. There were some wonderful people I worked with and some not so wonderful. Some days the management was rude, not always. Helpful, but not always. Jeff was a great night manager. And the owner was wonderful when she was there. It’s a great place when it has the right people. The school age program has always made the summer fun for the kids

Horrible place for employees and children, I had to quit because they completely took advantage of their staff also very disrespectful, when something is wrong with a child they rarely ever call the parent!!! They never can keep employees because of management!!! I loved the kids but could not put up with the disrespect from management!!!
I see the owner said I wasn’t very nice to children... if that was the case why wasn’t I fired?!?!?? So many parents contacted me upset cause i quit cause they LOVED the way I was with their children...

My daughter loves her teachers! Im always greeted in the morning. Everytime theres an incident they call me and I greatly appreciate knowing what's going on right away. I also was able to review the cameras Before to look into something small that happened but turned out to be no big deal. Before this daycare i would get a call from her last daycare at least 2 times a week to come pick her up and there wasnt anything wrong with her. They couldnt deal with her crying. Little learners has been amazing to me and my daughter!

If i could give them NO stars i would. If you want to get charged late fees(weekly), annual yearly fees, activity fees (which should be included) , call off fees (this isnt a job), then take your child here. Its worse then a credit card company. Not only do they charge for everything possible & are expensive, the office staff are rude. They don't greet you when you come in the door. They will argue with you and insult you. I've had a few disagreements with Tammy and she was very rude, and tries to insult you when she speaks. I pulled my son from this center because they wouldnt waive a 25 dollar

My children have been attending Little Learners for about six months now.
Pros: Their late hours work really well for my fluctuating schedule. Anytime a child is hurt or they have concerns they don't waste time calling and letting you know. I've always been given incident reports the same day and they've always been up front and honest if there was an issue or accident. My babies have never had any complaints, they seem to really like it. I'm not sure what the girls name is in my daughters class but I can tell that she really loves my daughter. I would only give them a no star review if i could. the management staff at this place is horrible. my girlfriend was working there until today 9/25/18 she was called and told that she was fired over the phone which is unprofessional and to my knowledge illegal. she was never told about the last write up she had which was today. never showed it or talked to about it. she was also told she would be bad mouthed by the management if she were to use them as a reference. that is very very unprofessional. she has always showed up to work followed all procedures. i have no idea who would fire someone

I decided to pull my children from Little Learners, the staff was okay to say the least. Employee morale is very low due to poor treatment. The office staff were very rude with myself and my mother. The center itself looks nice because it is a new facility but don't let that fool you. There are much better day cares out there. You can look up on ODJFS and see all the violations against this center for yourself.
