Cookie has been more than helpful to us as a translator myself I felt like she informed us as much as she could , giving the family time to decided . Arrangements at a time like this
Can be very overwhelming. I believe most of the reviews above are incorrect. We do not feel they have pressured us in any way. They explain very clearly why things should be done in a certain way.
When writing a review I think we should consider this is there line of work they go thru this many times a month. Thanks once again for all the help and advice.

Not impressed. Would NEVER recommend anyone to lay their loved ones to rest here.
There was a nice thick layer of mold in the coffee pot, which can only be achieved through weeks of sitting.
There was no communication. I was there as family of the deceased. We got walked from room to room, with none of us understanding where we were going or why or for how long. They had a projector, but it cut off the edges of a memorial video and they didn’t care to even try to fix it.
Unprofessional environment. Loud employees taking calls in the lobby while the family is mourning. Walls need a paint job

I was a guest for a funeral here and I was not impressed. I'm writing based on my experience as a guest here and what I observed. I was so furious with my experience here that I felt compelled to write a review.
I first arrived and the funeral service had started. I had brought food and while I went to drop off the food in the reception area, it was still not done being set up. A worker was still setting up chairs. How are you going to finish setting up as the service is occurring. That's poor time management skills and poor planning. That was a first red flag for me. The bathroom area was not
