They took such good care of us and our Dad. Ken is so family oriented, professional and really cares for his clientele and making sure that wishes are carried out. Plus, they don’t rip you financially and that… spoke volumes as well. My Dad’s viewing and service went so well. They really took good care of him and our family. Such good people to have at a time like this! I will never use another funeral home!

My Grandma passed suddenly on July 1st, and we needed to find a funeral home quick. We called many places, but decided on Byrd & Flanigan. When I arrived today for Grandmas service I was impressed as soon as walked in, very clean and plenty of seating is provided through out the building. I walked into where my Grandma was and it was beautiful with flowers ordered by family and again plenty of seating. My Grandma looked beautiful, and I appreciated the music they played while we sat with her during the viewing. The owners where very kind and made all of us feel comfortable. I am the only child and I lost my mother on 09/02/18. The day before my mother passed I felt like I needed to be proactive and reach out to a company for cremations services as my mother had requested of me if she where to pass. Well I’m so very fortunate that Byrd & Flanigan took the call. I had not even made a final decision until the actual early afternoon the next day of my mothers passing to go with them. I did not realize it until after the memorial service, but part of my family is directly related to the Wages/Tim Wages Funeral Services. Well, I'm very glad I did not choose them for my mother's death and memorial service!!!!
I ended up paying less than 1/4 of the price most people pay, which is unheard of in this business. I had some unfortunate financial circumstances and Byrd and Flanagan's team made sure I was beyond taken care of!!!!

Just perfect. I visited 4 funeral homes around the Atlanta area for the funeral of my 47 year old brother. My brother was quite opinionated and I wanted the perfect funeral home for him, as I know he would be there looking down on us. Byrd and Flanigan was that place. Michael Flanigan was great. Just gracious, solicitous, empathic, patient and kind. Everything anyone could ever want or need in this situation. I also want to say, they have services for every race and religion. There were Caucasians, African-American, Columbian and Indian families the times that we went there to visit or afterwards

The father of two of my grandchildren passed away unexpectedly and Byrd and Flanagan handled the arrangements for the service yesterday. They actually card like real human beings I didn't have the money on hand for my father funeral but they didn't hesitate to pick up my dad body from the hospital felt releive that my dad was there instead of… the hospital thank u byrd and Flanigan for showing true compassion and understanding during my hard times of my dad passing

Although they have set business hours they were still there to help us after hours. They went way above and beyond to help us give our loved one the service she asked for. They also went way Above and beyond to… help our financial situation. I would defiantly recommend Bryd and Flanigan's to anyone even though I'm not from here.
