Dr. Kim studied Biochemistry in North Carolina State University and went on to receive his Doctoral of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Kim specializes in Gonstead Chiropractic which is a system of chiropractic used to analyze and care for the spine in an effective and specific way.

Almost every time my husband and I visited the place, they seem to have issues with our insurance, which is blue cross blue shield . At first the provider asked us to pay for the X-ray service when we knew that it was covered under insurance, we called the insurance company on our own and they confirmed the the provider was in network and we wouldn’t need to pay anything out of pocket except for the $10 co-pay chiropractic service. After a few visits, the chronic pain around my vertebrae has been soothed well enough. With good equipments, Dr Kim scrutinized causes of my problems. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kim for months now, we both work long office hours we didn't quite understand reason for the random pains. Dr. Kim explained a detailed level of processes and the benefits of adjustment. We are so grateful to finally seeing Dr. with genuine caring and effective treatment. I’ve gone through two chiropractors for treatment of my scoliosis, and this is my most recent one. The first visit consists of an X-ray and some explanation, and the second visit he begins his treatment process and tells you how to fix your back. I think the difference between this chiropractor and others is his comforting tone and mood. He has a very professional set up with multiple fliers to explain his methods but he still maintains this comforting mood so it’s not awkward. Dr. Kim is outstanding! Very unique and different from all the other so called chiropractors. I've been to several offices for back pain throughout the years having worked in construction and Excel Chiropractic beats them all. Most places do NOT take an Xray and do the typical "ok, lay down let's pop your back and stretch it out" then alternate ice and hot pack for 15 mins then another 15 mins of electrical muscle stimulation machine. Dr. Kim has helped a lot with my lower back pain and neck pain. My first visit, he thoroughly examined my body and took full spine X-rays. During the second visit, he showed me X-rays from the first visit and explained what was the causes of my pain and gave me a spinal adjustment. Absolutely, the best one and only Chiropractor and his treatments I trust. I have been to many many chiropractors in the past due to auto accidents and also my disc issues. Previous chiropractors treated me like any other places with electrical stimulation machines, roller bed, massages with hand held percussion massage machines.
