Our mission is to help people run their entire business, and not just the accounting department. Was thrilled to see David was familiar with the bookkeeping app Rigbooks we use as O/O's . Tried for a week and a half to get information on fees and how to set up appt to get our taxes done..made appt to have him call us (he never did) Was given excuse and was told he would call the next day(never did).. Called back a 4th time talked to a different lady she said she could email me requested info (never did) and also call me back (never did) So he lost out on a new customer. We are going elsewhere...
