Be careful if you move into a property handled by Reynolds & Company in Portsmouth. Jim Yount made the move to having these people handle his properties because he couldn't handle the issues that were coming up but things improved very little. My house would be as cold as 52 degrees during the day my first winter in the house with a pregnant wife. It took over a month to get the issue resolved. I dealt with countless insects (had to pay for my own bug traps) and even a rat in the house.
