Hi Focal Point: I've been wanting to once again say a BIG THANK YOU for creating my Banner and the complimentary Poster Board. The EXPO was a great success - I had a lot of people coming to my booth and they said it was because of the beautiful banner that got their attention. I did get 1 client from the event but more than anything I was so excited to have so many people come by my booth and compliment me on the banner.

We recently had need for both creative and graphic design talent for a major show in our industry. Focal Point was referred to us by a a well known local design firm. We only had a couple of weeks to prepare our booth materials and ship to the convention location. The Focal Point Team was creative as well as responsive. In a matter of days we had our booth layout and display signage in production. As always there were last minutes corrections which Focal Point handled flawlessly.

I had the same type of experience as others. Cynthia seemed nice and such when she showed up to a business I was opening in So Cal, I needed a few simple things, I surmise I must be ....not what type of individual she wants to take on as a client. I wanted a quote for 3 pieces, I never received anything and I too wasted about 12 days on this company. I know there are other sign companies that are this companies competitor, I used one of them. Not this one.

The team was able to create exactly what we were envisioning for our indoor business sign with little direction from us. The whole process was quick and easy - from the quote, to the design, to the installation. Cynthia was initially on point and came out to survey the building herself the very next day. She seemed like a nice person and was well informed about signs.
3 days after the site survey, I sent her an e-mail with few questions... No reply.
About a week after the last email, I sent a follow up e-mail requesting an update on the pricing... No reply.
The day after, I called her direct line and ended up leaving a voice message requesting a call back... No reply.
9 days after leaving the previous voice message, I called and left another

Focal point is amazing! Cynthia was so helpful and as we're all of my questions. She asked me to send her my logo and within an hour of doing that I had a graphic made for my back window on my car. They let me come in and fine tune the design with the graphic designer and printed it on the spot. After installing it on my car I was so impressed with the install and over all design. I will come back here for sure! Thanks again!

We hired focal point to do signage for our building. At first it was just for a large company sign in the entrance, but they literally do everything and now we have hired them for our mailbox plaques, suite plaques, office directory and outdoor business signs. Really great quality work and best of all, they are quick!
Cynthia runs the place and she is super nice, came out with Richard to go over everything and take measurements. Richard does the designs and install and he is great at what he does. Genuinely awesome people. No gimmicks, no sneaky pricing, just good quality work.

Focal Point did an excellent job with the sign they put up. We are very satisfied with both the customer service and the finished product. Our sign came out perfect. Cynthia came out, took our order, looked at what we had. Bob G. emailed us proofs of artwork, incorporated in our suggestions. A professional crew came and installed them all. People compliment our signs and we couldn't be more pleased. About a year later, they still look great. I applaud the quality: our parking lot signs have been tagged (with graffiti) but due to their quality clear coating, this has been easy to clean off. BRAVO, FOCAL POINT.

This review is only based on customer service and not sign installation. But these days, customer service is everything because theres so many options out there.
I called FPS and spoke with the owner, Cynthia, a few days ago about having someone come out to give us a quote on a sign and window wraps for a new business... I expressed the urgancy and no one ever showed up or followed up... no phone call. Wanting to still get a quote from them to get the ball rolling on something that is time sensative to me, I left her a follow up voice mail 2 days later and no response or follow up with that

I took the time to explain exactly what happened and she listened in earnest. What I appreciated is that she didn't try to justify what happened, she just apologized. She did explain how it really went down on her end but didn't try to use what happened as some logical explanation for them not calling me back.
Well, as fate would have it, the other sign company I called after I had decided to go somewhere else did not call me back either!!
So I decided-ok-well

From the first time I met Cynthia I know that Focal Point Signs & Image was much different from the other sign companies I have worked with. I was extremely impressed with the high quality material used, efficient turnaround times and very competitive pricing. My most recent order was for a large quantity (600) posters requiring high dpi printing, lamination and mounted. I could not have been more pleased. If you are looking for any type of large format printing or signage I highly recommend Focal Point Signs & Image. I have never experienced this level of professionalize from a sign company

Juan just installed our sign and Sandy came along to help, both were excellent and we love our brushed aluminum lobby sign! Cynthia was a pleasure to work with, she not only followed up months after the original quote in a non pushy way but also worked with us as we attempted to push the date up far too early for a new client. Everyone that we came in contact with at Focal Point Signs was a pleasure to work with and dealt out fantastic customer service.
