Nichole has been with The Carr Law Group since September of 2015 as the main assistant in the firm's real estate closing department. She came to The Carr Law Group with 11 years of experience as a loan processor at a local bank where she learned about residential and commercial loans, banking procedures and customer service.

Emily Ann Carr earned a B.F.A. degree in Art from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1999, cum laude and J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 2003. Emily served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Smith County District Attorney's office in Tyler, Texas for two years.

I had a consultation a couple weeks back with Emily Carr, I called back today to go ahead and hire her as my attorney & pay her in full for a divorce case but I had one last question. The lady that answered the… phone Courtney, was really nice and sweet and told me Emily was busy but she would transfer me to Sandra. As soon as Sandra answered the phone she was really rude and made me not even want to hire them as my attorney. She had an attitude and it just seemed like she was not having it this morning. At the end of the day I was going to be a paying customer, and there is no reason

Mr. Carr clearly described the best and worst possible outcomes for my case in our first meeting. He successfully relieved all my anxiety. He was thorough and well prepared and his office staff were excellent in all of their follow-up. His communication was timely and he was always on time for appointments. He handled my case during the COVID pandemic wonderfully. The resolution for my case was the "best" outcome that he had described during our first meeting. A while back I got into some financial trouble and filed bankruptcy here. They walked me through it and explained every step. The staff was always helpful. Recently I purchased a home and my closing was here and again the staff was great and found time to help me make sure everything was in order before the closing. If I need them again I will surly use them.
