Used her for my divorce many yrs ago but only used a few months and picked another lawyer closer to my city to finish the divorce. She was paid in full before beginning with her. I went to sell my home last yr and found she had PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME for unpaid legal fees. Turns out she put it on the day after I let her know I picked another lawyer. I emailed copies of the proof of payment after I found out at the home closing but she would not respond and I couldn’t sell my home til the lien was handled. I had to hire a lawyer to get her to respond back and confirm that I paid her. Then the lawyer
