After we ordered locally (to support local businesses vs internet ordering), and Spark's Florist sending us a picture of the to be delivered flowers, (with us asking for the flowers to be left at my mom's door for her birthday Saturday), they still are not delivered today (Sunday night) and I'm sure will look very sad tomorrow.
Will never use Sparks Florist again.

Sparks Florist is the BEST!! I recently ordered some table arrangements for an event through them, and they took care of everything perfectly. Everyone that I spoke with there, whether by phone or in person, was kind, helpful, cheerful and accurate with the order. The arrangements got delivered to the venue on time, and they looked great.

Flowers never showed up. The next day still did t show at 2 I called and it was "on a truck"
Broke my heart to supposedly get a surprise but never got it!!!!
Never again will we be using sparks florist for anything. !!!!!!
With so many other choices why go with such poor customer service

He instructed the staff that my lunch is 12-1 they said they would deliver at130 when I return from lunch. At 4 pm the still hadn't been delivered and I had to leave early so he said just deliver tomorrow.
The next day at 2pm they still hadn't been delivered so I called

I received a text from Sparks Florist indicating a delivery was on its way! I wasn't going to be home and asked if the delivery could be tucked away until it could be brought in. The delivery person placed it in a corner out of the sun and texted when the delivery was made. A son went by and brought it in for me. I returned home to a lovely flower arrangement and a box of macarons My son in NY is one of the best kids I have!

The flowers that this florist provides are beautiful! They are the go-to neighborhood flower shop for all occasions, and have been a consistent business for my family to rely on for years. The flowers are fresh and vibrant, the bouquets are well made, and the flowers last at least a week. The bouquet of flowers come with extra flower food and care instructions. Additionally, I got a text from the business before the flowers were delivered to my house to inform me of the socially distanced (no contact) delivery.
My only criticism is that these flowers are not cheap. My boyfriend called the florist

I ordered a get well package for an elderly friend who just had a very serious surgery. They had great add on options such as chocolate, nuts, ballon and wine - which I did. The price was very reasonable and the recipient loved it! It was easy to order online and the delivery was flawless. Beyond that, my friend had to go back into the hospital suddenly the day of the delivery. I emailed them and they responded quickly that it was no problem, to let them know when would be good. My son and daughter-in-law live in Spain and wanted to send me flowers for my birthday. A picture below is what they chose from their website, and the other picture is what I actually received. They were very upset when I sent them a picture of what I received. They even noticed the wilted daisies in my picture. Very disappointing.

Last month, I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. I coordinated with Suzanne (Director of Client Services) to create a lovely arrangement using some of our wedding flowers (pay attention, dudes!), which was a huge hit and very meaningful to my wife. Suzanne helped make everything easy and was very responsive as it took a few times back and forth to get all of the details lined out, especially coordinating from out of town.

Just want to say how happy I am with Sparks Florist. I live out of state and could not come visit my mom at her senior community on her 85th birthday, because of COVID-19. The best I could do was order flowers for her. You never know when you order from a new vendor how good the product will be, so I included a note explaining the situation.

Sparks Florist has always been the best florist in town.
We recently had a death in the family. My brother lives in San Diego and wanted to send us a bouquet. He ordered through a FTD florist and unfortunately the company picked the worst florist in town. That's the drawback of ordering bouquets for an out of town recipient, you're at the mercy of whoever FTD chooses to work with in the receiving town. That bouquet was inferior, and the basket was broken. My brother was furious. He told me to give him the name of a good local florist to send a proper arrangement.

If you want beautiful flowers and excellent service please call Sparks Florist. I order a lot of flowers for my employer and this company is without a doubt the BEST in Reno! I have tried others (see the 1 star review when I tried someone else!) but no one compares to these guys. My point of contact is usually Suzanne, and wow has she surpassed my expectations every time. She follows up with requests right away, sends receipts and delivery confirmations right away. From one bouquet to 20 bouquets in a day we've never had a problem. Always delivered on time

I was delighted to receive a Winter Bouquet from my girlfriend, from Sparks Florist. Oh by the way the pic of the bouquet was taken today, but I received the flowers last Tuesday, which was five days ago. This arrangement like all the bouquets I ordered from Sparks Florist last easily for seven to ten days. The quality consistently exceeds my expectations each and every time. I simply wouldn't feel comfortable even considering any other florist in town. It's not just the flowers, their staff actually care about delivering a superior product.
