I am a wedding and event floral designer based in Truckee, CA. I have been passionate about flowers for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Northern California I have been lucky to live in a beautiful environment that inspires my creations. I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and all of the other fun things our region has to offer.
Helping our clients to find their vision and make it come to life is pure joy to me. Attention to detail, organization and great communication are key elements when planning any event. We are excited to offer floral wraps, arrangements & monthly subscriptions to brighten up your home. Available products are listed below. We currently only offer deliver in Truckee & the surrounding area Thursday - Sunday. May - October Flowers will be farm-fresh each week from Sweet Roots Farm, Little Boy Farms & Soil Sister Farms.
A consultation is the first step, this can happen a couple of different ways. Depending on your location, I can do a face-to-face consultation, over the phone or we can work together by emailing. I have a great questionnaire that makes figure out your needs fun and easy. Your first consultation is completely complimentary to discuss your wedding needs in detail.
Earlier in 2020, we decided to open our very first storefront location in Truckee, California that would provide farm fresh flowers to our community as well as feature the talents of local artisans.
We are open on Friday's from 8am - 3:30pm with a wide selection of fresh cut flowers wrapped to take home, arranged vases, seasonal holiday wreaths, swags, garlands, home decor, house plants from Delano Nursery, pots, vases and planters, dried flowers from local farms, unique local hand crafted gifts cards.

Going into our wedding, I had high expectations for our wedding florals and I was very excited to get to work with Meghon from Love & Lupines. She definitely delivered! Meghon took the time to go over my vision, review my Pinterest board, and come up with a plan that would fit within my budget. Love & Lupines was very understanding and accommodating for us with our postponement to 2021 for our 2020 wedding, and even went above and beyond for the day of, even though they were trying to fit a year's worth of weddings in a few months. Everything was such a dream, and I actually teared up seeing everything

I was so impressed with Love & Lupines floral designs! I provided an inspiration picture and my color palette and they matched so perfectly and nailed the look I was going for. I requested protea flowers and my bouquet had a magnificent king protea, which I've now preserved. I highly recommend Love & Lupines for your event!

I was fortunate enough to work with Love & Lupines for weddings and saw the spectacular arrangements Meghon and her team created for peopleās special days. I was beyond thrilled to find out they opened and brick-and-mortar, and the Friday pop ups have been magical to bring home a unique creation each week to brighten my house. Thereās a huge variety available when you go, sourced from local farms and who doesnāt love flowers. Thanks L&L for bringing light to our worlds during such crazy times.

Meghon & her team at Love and Lupines are just plain amazing. I hired Meghon for my wedding 3 years ago, and am also a wedding vendor. My personal experience with my wedding was amazing, but to see her & her team rise to every occasion for MY couples, too, is such a gift and so necessary in this industry! I'm a photographer and often work as a coordinator for my couples' elopements in booking their additional vendors. Having someone like Meghon who seamlessly meets my couples' expectations and also matches my standards for how to run a business that cares about people as much as she does is something

Meghon did flowers for our wedding at Sugarbowl. She picked flowers appropriate for the season, and created something far better than I could have imagined. She created stunning BoutonniĆØres, and bouquets, as well as table decor and fresh flowers all around our reception. I highly recommend Love and Lupines for not only large events like my wedding, but she does great grab and go bouquets too!

Meghon did an amazing job for our wedding and we couldnāt have had the wedding we did without her. I was planning on doing the flowers myself, but wound up being stretched too thin to make it work.
