In today's world, it is almost inconceivable that anyone would purchase a house without having a home inspection performed. Without question, a home inspection is the best investment and safeguard you can make in the purchasing process. No one likes surprises when selling a home. A Pre-Listing home inspection will permit you to see your home through the eyes of an impartial third-party.
Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced non-destructive technology that allows an Infrared Certified Tech to show you things about your home that no one can show you with conventional inspection methods. So why are Pacific Inspection Services infrared inspections important in existing home and building inspections?
Your computer generated detailed report will be clear and easy to understand. A summary section complete with photos will be included with your report to easily identify areas of concern. Reports are emailed in a PDF file the day of the inspection. A pest inspection is performed to determine if there is any structural damage to the home caused by WDO'S (wood destroying organisms).

You are in good hands with Tim and Pacific Inspection Services LLC. Our realtor connected us with Tim to perform a home inspection. Tim was responsive and flexible, agreeing to perform the inspection on a national holiday so we could make the long drive to be there. Tim was thorough, willing to answer questions, pointed out critical issues and allowed us to be a shadow while he performed the inspection. Icing on the cake, he provided the report the same day! I wish he had performed the inspection on the previous home we purchased!

Tim inspected two houses for us as prospective buyers in the Port Townsend area. He was prompt, professional, and friendly, chatting about what he saw as I tagged along with him. Tim found several issues that I did not see or know about, including a structural problem that killed the deal on the first house. I was interested in the additional service he offers of infrared imaging, but he explained the morning was too warm for it to work effectively. So we have delayed that, but he said he would still give me the same lower price as if it were bundled in with the inspection. All around a good experience
