We make decisions in-house quickly and usually close within 7-10 days after loan approval.

I can't say enough about Pacific West Mortgage Fund. They really came through on a tough deal. Many lenders elected to pass on it for various reasons. This was my first (and definitely not last) time working with Bill and Mark.
They were very "hands on" and provided excellent customer service to all the stakeholders in the deal. They kept us updated continuously through the process.
Most important, if they told us they could do something, it got done. Their follow through created some very satisfied clients.
