Their service is soooo bad! They simply don't care about any maintenance. You wanna get sth fixed you have to ask them 10 times. The AC keeps breaking like once or twice a month and they do not replace or fix it properly. We are paying twice as much as we should for the electricity just because of that!

We found a house to rent last year as we were just moving to Virginia. Both my husband and I had to pay the application and background fees. Once we paid the fees and were approved, their agent who owns the house, decided to sell it instead of rent it so we were stuck without a house. They would also not refund our money. Don't rent through this agency.
