When it's time to sell, sellers need to decide how they want to present their home to the market. Should we do some updates? Doing a lot of work to a car before you trade or sell it to a dealer is not generally a good idea. In most cases, you won't recapture the cost of the repairs. They can do the repairs for a less than you can.

We live in Utah but purchased a second home in Virginia. Pam was awesome through the whole process. She helped us find the perfect home and then her follow up and assistance all the way through closing was fantastic. This was especially helpful since we were in Utah during inspections, appraisal, and other follow up items. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, and an advocate for making sure you are well represented. Can't recommend Pam enough!

Pam is a consummate professional. We were looking for a second home in an unfamiliar area. She worked with us for more than three years until we found the home that was perfect for us. She helped us learn about the area, patiently showed us many houses in a wide ranging region, and helped identify both the positive and negative aspects of the many houses that we saw. Pam helped us buy our first house. We were lucky to have her expertise, since we didn't know a lot about the process. She was also tough/defended us - there was no way we were going to be taken advantage of in negotiations or the inspection process, which was important since we were so green! Yet, she was also realistic with us in a competitive housing market. We wouldn't have been able to snatch up our house if Pam hadn't been so responsive and help us make offers quickly!
