I approach every case with the idea that it will go to trial. Most cases do not go, but unless your lawyer prepares your case for trial he will not be defending your rights from a position of strength. Unfortunately too many lawyers assume that your case will simply plead out and they will not do the work required to get you the best possibe result.
Traffic tickets seem like a minor annoyance but can become a major problem if not handled properly and quickly. Multiple moving violations or failure to appear on a ticket can result in a suspension of driving privileges. It is often possible for your attorney to negotiate with the prosecutor in an attempt to amend the ticket to a nonmoving violation.
Patrick has found paths to victory in courts all over northeast Kansas. He understands that it is vital to deal with each court and each prosecutor individually. He will review with you all the possible routes and outcomes. Once you have settled on the best path for your case Patrick will move to get that result.
The criminal justice system is a strange and scary place, especially if you have never had experience with it before. The first thing to know is that the system is not what most people would consider fair. This does not mean that you cannot receive a fair trial, you most certainly can, but it will not feel like you are being treated as though you are presumed innocent.

Mr. Lewis is an absolute credit to the legal profession in every possible sense. As your attorney, you will appreciate how thorough, exhaustive and effective his legal efforts will be on your behalf.
Most importantly, you can be assured that whatever outcome he is ultimately able to achieve for your particular situation will, without question, be the very best result you could have reasonably hoped for or expected. Highly recommended!

I had a case from 20 years ago. Mr Lewis made the impossible possible. Hands down best lawyer we’ve ever worked with. He is extremely informative and everything he said happened. He is very experienced and actually cares for his clients. If you need a criminal lawyer, this is your guy! He didn’t even charge my daughter until I came into the states and gave her every bit of information we needed for free and called it his good will for that month. You seriously will not find a better lawyer
