My house hunting process started with Walt and Emilie who were very accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs and requests. As circumstances would have it, they were out of town one weekend when I was wanting to view some properties. They had their daughter, Grace, take over in their absence. Emilie and Walt @Real LKN were a joy to work with. We have bought and sold umpteen properties in all parts of the country over the years and these two are by far the best real estate team we've ever worked with. Put your money on Grace, going with other realtors is a waste! Grace is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all she is a genuine good person you can trust. She has your back all the way through the home buying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy existing properties or a new build. My experience with Lake Norman Realty has all been through one realtor--who has consistently gone above and beyond when it comes to things realtors do in order to help a client sell and/or acquire a property. Deb did both of these things for my father--with conscientious care and not just professionalism, but personalized and purposeful presence and action. My limited experience with realtors is that they just list a property and want to see it sold--mostly for their own benefit. What Deb did goes so far above and beyond that there honestly aren't adequate descriptors. She took a genuinely challenging
